After turning out to be big hit on iOS platform, Prisma, the photo editing app, has been out on Android.
10.6 million downloads, 1.5 million daily active users, No.1 app in 40 plus nations are the figures enough to tell about the resounding success of Prisma, a photo filtering app, on iOS platform.
Now, Andorid users have got a reason to smile as the most downloading photo app has arrived on the Android platform. Like iOS, Prisma can be the hot cake on Andorid version as the beta version for the same platform has been sold out in within few hours of release.
The Android app will retain the same features as the iOS version, coming with more than 30 filters and the navigation options for taking a new photo or using the existing one for the effect.
The app was developed by Alexey Moiseenkov in June 2016 and made its debut on iOS in the same month after gaining popularity. And on iOS, it became the top selling app before arriving on Android platform.
Prisma is a photo editing app which is known for giving the artistic effect to the existing photos. The app transforms the photos into paintings by using the styles of famous painters including Picasso and Munk—you can choose from over 30 filters to do that. Once the photos are processed by Prisma, they look like as if someone has painted them. The app also lets you share the recreated photo on several social networking sites.
The app is free and available for download at Android store.
